Terms of Service

General Information & Operations

Whistling Buds operates in Singapore and is managed by Whistling Buds Studio LLP (Company Registration No. T25LL0770K).​

By placing an order with Whistling Buds, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Refund Policy

1.1 For standard floral orders, cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours. Please call us directly to cancel an order. Cancellations via email or messaging apps will not be accepted.

1.2 For event floral services, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be charged in full.
1.3 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.

1.4 Wrong Item – If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We will work with you on a fair resolution.

1.5 Order Dissatisfaction – If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us promptly and provide photos where possible. Resolutions will be made at our discretion.

2. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

2.1 Personal Information
When you contact us or place an order, we collect the details you provide (e.g., name, email, phone number). Please avoid sending sensitive information. You may opt out of our marketing emails at any time.

The personal data you provide — including your recipient’s details — will be used solely for order fulfilment, delivery, and billing. Data is handled securely in accordance with Wix’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance.

By providing your recipient’s personal details, you confirm that you have obtained their consent for us to collect, use, and process their data for delivery purposes.

2.2 Website Analytics
Our site uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit certain functions.

We use Google Analytics to track website traffic. Google does not associate your IP address with any other data. Our site may contain links to external websites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

3. Orders & Operations

3.1 All floral orders require a minimum of 1 days’ notice. For large-scale events, please book at least 1–3 months in advance.

3.2 Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified in the invoice.

3.3 For urgent requests, availability will be subject to stock and schedule.

 

4. Event Floral Services

4.1 Event floral styling includes design consultation, flower sourcing, set-up, and dismantling (if applicable).

4.2 A detailed quotation will be provided based on the agreed concept, venue, and flower selection.

4.3 Changes to event dates or design concepts must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the event and may incur additional charges.

5. Delivery Conditions

5.1 Ensure your recipient is available at the delivery location and time.

5.2 If the recipient is unable to receive the flower arrangement, our courier will call them to seek further instructions. If the recipient is unreachable within 10 minutes, the order will be returned to our shop and a re-delivery fee will apply.

5.3 Due to the delicate nature of flowers, we do not leave the flower arrangement unattended.

5.4 Next-Day Delivery – Orders must be confirmed and paid before 12pm for next-day delivery. Orders after 12pm will be processed the next working day.

5.5 Surcharges – Deliveries to Sentosa, Changi, and Tuas incur an additional $10 fee. We do not deliver to restricted areas (e.g., Airport Cargo Complex, Military Camps, Jurong Island, PSA Ports).

5.6 Delivery Hours – 10am–8pm daily, with the last time slot from 6:30pm–8:30pm. Deliveries on public holidays or peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Lunar New Year, Christmas, etc.) may incur extra charges, which will be announced in advance.

5.7 Orders are dispatched only after payment is cleared.
5.8 We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

 

6. Currency & Payment Methods

6.1 All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
6.2 Delivery fees are not included in listed prices.
6.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6.4 Payment Methods – PayNow or Bank Transfer.
6.5 Our online store is hosted on Wix. Your data is stored through Wix's data storage, databases and the general Wix application. For more information of Wix's General Date Protection Regulation (GDPR), it can be found here.

 

7. Floral Products

7.1 All flowers are fresh and seasonal. Substitutions may be made without prior notice.
7.2 Products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, size, and composition from images shown.

 

8. Force Majeure

8.1 Whistling Buds and our couriers are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to accidents, extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or changes in laws.

9. Amendments to Terms

9.1 We may amend these Terms of Service at any time. The applicable terms are those displayed on our website at the time your order is placed. Please review them before completing your purchase.
